He has a degree in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin. He specialised in European Economics, Industrial and Trade Economics, Political Communications and Law.
Eoghan has provided consultancy and training to organisations as varied as Cement Roadstone Holdings, AIB, Dublin City Council, Roche Pharmaceuticals, the Environmental Protection Agency and the GAA. He is also communications and media advisor to a number of Ireland’s top sports people.
Robert MacGiolla Phadraig, Executive Director with Sigmar Recruitment, has 10 years recruitment services experience. Robert was part of the recent MBO team and manages the Technical business unit, Sigmar Training and Sigmar Group Services. He has headed up a number of high profile recruitment initiatives for multinational companies and specialises in executive search assignments.
Robert is Chairman of the Employers Job Creation Initiative 2010 and National Employment Week 2011. He works with government departments and state agencies advising on back to work initiatives, while personally supporting job seeker groups. Lisa Archer is a Recruitment Consultant with Sigmar Recruitment with specific expertise in Supply Chain recruitment for multinational companies. Lisa is responsible for international business development and brand adaptation with emerging global markets. University qualifications include; Bachelors in Management, Postgraduate Diploma in PR and Events, Masters in Marketing and an expected Postgraduate Diploma International Business Growth from the Michael Smurfit Business School, UCD.
